- Requests are made within 30 days of the initial service date.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Please note that certain conditions are exempt from refunds:
- Change of mind after 7 days of service commencement.
- Non-compliance with CHINAGNET's terms of use.
- Third-party service interruptions that are beyond CHINAGNET's control.
